Our Mission

The TR Baseball Organization was founded with the purpose of providing today’s youth the opportunity to learn the game of baseball at a higher level while having fun. All the coaches in our program have been hand-picked by Ricky Joe either through him coaching them personally or watching them coach at the select level. Their passion and commitment to your kids will not go unnoticed by anyone that is a part of our TR program. Each TR coach prides themselves in helping with all teams when they can and getting to know everyone within the TR program. We will have multiple coaches at most practices to ensure that no kid goes without an opportunity to improve. Our commitment to each player is to help them take the next steps in their baseball careers.

We want to teach the game of baseball and instill a love for the game that many in today’s time have lost with a win at all cost attitude. Although we would like to win every time we step out on the diamond, we know there is great value in teaching life lessons through adversity. We want the boys to have fun and not be afraid to fail. We believe failure is just an opportunity to learn and grow. We will achieve our success through hard work and dedication to every child that comes through our program. Our organization will not be measured in trophies, rings and banners, but instead, we will be measured by the families that come through our program and leave knowing we did a great job.
